REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Policy Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which SL Stylish Look, Company Registration
No. PV00212975, operated under Princess Universe Group of Companies (Pvt) Ltd
(hereinafter referred to as “SL Stylish Look”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”), manages
refunds, returns, cancellations, and related requests.
2. Definitions
Customer – Any individual or organization purchasing products or services.
Products – Apparel including T-shirts, hoodies, sportswear, tracksuits, and uniforms.
Custom Order – Any order produced based on Customer-specific designs, sizes, colors,
branding, or specifications.
Defective Product – A product with a verified manufacturing fault.
3. General Refund Conditions
All custom orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has
commenced.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect details supplied by the Customer,
Customer-approved designs, or minor variations consistent with apparel manufacturing
standards.
4. Manufacturing Defects
Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be considered only for verified manufacturing
defects.
Defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic or
video evidence. SL Stylish Look reserves the right to inspect products before approving any
remedy.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14
business days. Bank fees, transaction charges, and currency conversion costs are nonrefundable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Requests received prior to production
may be considered, subject to deduction of design, administrative, or preparation costs.
7. Delivery and Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays do not entitle the Customer to a refund. Risk
transfers upon delivery or collection.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers warrant that all artwork, logos, and designs provided do not infringe third-party
rights. SL Stylish Look accepts no liability for Customer-approved specifications.
9. Limitation of Liability
SL Stylish Look’s total liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. The
Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
