4. Product Information
All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are quoted in LKR and USD and are subject to change. Advance payments may be required.
6. Custom Orders
Approved custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins.
7. Production and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns and Refunds
Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that all provided designs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and designs are the property of SL Stylish Look and may not be used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.
12. Privacy
Customer information is handled confidentially and used strictly for business purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
